Ccordinator:

Upon taking an order, each customer is assigned a coordinator who then handles all orders placed by that customer. The coordinator assigns a translator, checker, and rewriter to the job, and monitors the progress of each task from the start to the end of the job. All communication between Brophy-Phillips and the customer then takes place through the coordinator. This ensures that all communication between Brophy-Phillips and the customer can take place in a smooth and informative manner at all times.
